If you own a property in Spain and you are concerned that during your absence, your property may be exposed to:
– burglary
– unwanted guests (people who occupy our property when it is uninhabited)
– failures (electrical, water, sewage, construction)
– moisture, mould spores (by lack of ventilation of the rooms)
– insects (ants, flies, cockroaches, rats, mice)

We offer you comprehensive real estate care:
visiting 2 times per month or 1 time per month

checking the mailbox (possibility of scanning correspondence)
thorough control of the property outside and inside
property ventilation (all rooms minimum 30 minutes)
cleaning the sewage pipes (by passing the current water)
checking electrical systems (appliances, wifi, light bulbs, refrigerator, oven, hot water tank, air conditioning, heating, etc.)
checking water pipes (for leakage, tap failure, or patency of external drainage systems that are very important during heavy rain)
insects (control for ants, mice, flies, cockroaches, rats)
cleaning in front of the house (to give the property impression that it is inhabited)
inspection after each heavy rain (checking for leaks, moisture on the walls – ceilings, etc.)
24h service (only in case of emergency)
after each visit, a detailed report with photos or videos
If there is a problem, we deal with it comprehensively.
We offer the owner the best solution tailored to the individual situation.
In the event of a breakdown, we cooperate with specialists, including an electrician, plumber, builder, gardener, pool service, pest control and/or disinfection, etc.
